It seems incredible but they managed it - Phoenix has created gluten and dairy free croissants. Slightly heavier than a wheat version, they have flaky pastry and that light sweet finish which is characteristic of a traditional croissant.
These croissants arrive frozen, so keep in the freezer and heat when you are ready. Defrost completely on a tray, brush with beaten egg for a golden result, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Freshly baked croissants ready to eat! Four medium sized croissants per pack.
Remember these will not puff up they stay the size they are, they have no gluten.
