Wild Wheat Bread of the Month: Golden Linseed and Sorghum Sourdough


Wild Wheat's June creation uses the ancient grain sorghum in flour form, together with nutty, crunchy golden linseeds.

Both sorghum and golden linseeds are high in protein and fibre, and contain many antioxidants.

Those ingredients, together with a long slow ferment, creates a sourdough that is easier to digest and low GI.
