Help! I forgot to order! Can I still order after the close-off time?

The close-off time is mainly for the bread which requires 48 hours to make. But we often do have extra items, so it's always worth asking! Drop us an email at hello@brunchbox.co.nz or message us through our Facebook or Instagram page. We will always do our best to sort something out, we don't want anyone missing out.

The delivery times don't suit me. Can I get my order delivered at another time?

We will definitely try to accommodate you, feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.

Something isn't right with my order. What can I do?

Oh dear! Please contact us as soon as possible, either by calling Sam on 029 2003002 or emailing us (hello@brunchbox.co.nz). We really want you to have an outstanding brunch experience, so please do get in touch if there is an issue.

Where are your ingredients from?

We have some amazing small producers in our country! We have a lot of local suppliers, and everyone we use shares our ethos. We use organic ingredients wherever possible. Our eggs are free range, our bacon is free farmed. You can trust that whatever ingredients are in your Brunch Box, they will be the best that we can find. We love supporting the small producers who are passionate about their products. This is even more important in the current climate, where you spend your money really does make a difference.

What's the deal with your packaging?

Sustainability is really important to us, it's something we've given a lot of consideration to, endeavouring to minimise waste and choose compostable or reusable packaging wherever possible.

We happily accept back and reuse egg cartons, ice packs and bags in good condition. You can learn more about our packaging here.
