Phoenix GF/DF Pain au Chocolat - 4 pack


It seems incredible but they managed it - Phoenix has created gluten and dairy free pasties. Slightly heavier than a wheat version, they have flaky pastry and that light sweet finish which is characteristic of a traditional pain au chocolat.

These chocolate pastries arrive frozen, so keep in the freezer and heat when you are ready. Defrost completely on a tray, brush with beaten egg for a golden result, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Freshly baked pastry ready to eat! Four medium sized pastries per pack.

Remember these will not puff up they stay the size they are, they have no gluten.
